Reception staff at the Eye Clinic in Laffer Drive are rude, condescending and aggressive to clients. There are no friendly greetings. They say ‘name?’ In a rude tone. No good afternoon or good morning etc. I think they need a lesson in customer service skills. On that same occasion, My mum, my grandmother and I (together in a group). We were unaware that each person had to sign in individually for the COVID check in, and not as a group. Again, no manners or respect. They could’ve said it in a nicer more professional way. But instead yelled and continued to be aggressive towards my mother and I. I asked the receptionist to treat us with a bit more respect. Another woman at the front desk yelled at me and began shouting over us as we were trying to speak. Definitely avoid this place. Go to the main Flinders hospital clinic as they seem to have staff who won’t treat you disrespectfully and are not preoccupied with power.
