When I first seen Jason my shoulder I could barely move.. After a few session I now have almost 100% movement... Fantastic work Jason... You have achieved something quicker than physio could! Highly recommend Palmerston Sports Massage.

I used to suffer from migraines often. I saw Jason several times to stretch out my shoulders and neck. Havent had a migraine since. Id recommend seeing Jason if you suffer migraines and are sick of taking lots of painkillers just to get on with the day.

I'm currently seeing Jason for a few niggling issues. I would highly recommend Palmerston Sports Massage. Jason is very knowledgeable and professional and doesn't apply unnecessary treatments, focusing on the issues at hand and maximising each session. He takes the time to understand what the underlying issues could be. I am getting very good results and will definitely be returning
