Austral Canvas & RV Service

Bad experience, I took an awning from my camper in to Austral 10 weeks ago and organised with them to have another one fabricated that was a little bigger ready for our trip of a lifetime to the Kimberley. Went there twice with all the details they asked for, left the original awning with them so they had a template. Paid a $200 deposit all was good.nFollowed up with them 4 weeks before we were to go and 2 weeks before and all was good.nGot a phone call 7 days before leaving saying they can’t do it because the drawing was not good enough. Very confusing as they did the drawing!nHeartbreaking,got a lead and called Martin at Adelaide Annexe and Canvas and he was generous enough to get the job done for us at short notice.nAustral are unreliable and unpredictable.nnDaniel

Great service & quality workmanship. They also gave me some great tips on packing up my camper. Highly recommend.

Had my Caravan serviced by Ryan at Austral RV Service Centre and cannot fault his work. He repaired out 12v system and fitted a new battery as well as the Brake and Bearing Service. The team there are so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back there for an annexe as well. I can highly recommend them.
