Absolutely loving my i30.nBig 5 stars to Anthony at Cheltenham Hyundai, for finding a manual in Adelaide for me to test drive the new i30 model had only been in Australia 4 weeks.nFantastic service from Anthony answering all my questions and explaining the features of the car, big step up from my 22 year old car.nAfter sales staff that arranged car paint protection and window tinting did a awesome job in getting my car ready, from the test drive on Saturday to picking up my car a few days later (Wednesday).nI have owned my i30 a month now and just had the 1000km service from the on site service centre, polite and helpful staff. And fantastic coffee while you wait.

After 10 years of service, they truly not what you would expect. After delays and no communication when the vehicle would be ready. I picked the vehicle up without the usual service manager run down. My first issue a month later I had a flat battery, I called the service department about notifying me about this, they said it was in report. The worst issue 3 weeks later my brakes failed, metal on metal, apart from running a red, the emergency repairs and time of road, caused a delay, I couldn't believe the service department would let a commercial vehicle leave with notifying owner, there were other issues happened within the first 2 months. Beware, they have dropped their standards and couldn't give a sh.t

I was so happy with the service. Stefan explained everything well, listened to what I needed and really made the whole experience exciting. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The extra time taken to show me the service department and make my first appointment and to go through all the car details with me again was appreciated. I recommend the team at Maughan Thiem Hyundai Cheltenham ....and the Kona, it is just perfect.
