zombero customer since 2015. And I still love it. But this business is putting me off and at the stage I have to say this.nnSince 2015 I have had borito from various Zombero franchises. But now live in Willetton and this is the nearest one. With this franchise, I never get a satisfactory meal. Complained to the manger nothing change. Big lumpy and burned meat, or very runny meat, too much onion in salsa mix, bean pure meat, and salad not evenly spread, salad leaves not washed properly etc... never been a constant one. hopefully this message will see by any zombero professionals and take an action or do some random check on this business. This guys really need a proper training, otherwise it’s distorting the zombero reputation and business owners money.nnOne great thing is... a girl work behind counter, she has best qualities for customer service in the world and she knows how to take the order properly from a customer whenever they on drive though. She should be a great role model for this business.

Such great service with really happy and enthusiastic workers. The burritos were made perfectly.
