Room for improvement in customer service

Now I'm no Karen but this is the worst fast food service I have experienced ever, the food, customer service and overall experience was atrocious. The employees were slow and unhelpful, the store looked like a mess and they messed up my order twice. I hope Hungry Jacks Bull Creek is shut down. Will not come anywhere near it ever again. Worst place ever. Save your money people believe me. This should be 0 stars but you cannot post without at least one star. Once again worst experience ever. I hope this saves everyone money and stops them from visiting this appalling restaurant.

Their customer service is very slow. Their staff are mostly polite. The food quality isn't to bad but could expect better. Have some nice offers here and there.

Went through the drivethrough today for a cheeky burger at noon. Was a few cars in line, to be expected during lunch time. But the line moved quick and a few minutes later I was eating a delicious and fresh burger served by friendly staff. I hope everyone is fortunate enough to receive this level of excellent service once in a while.nnRound 2: I can't find a delivery service you're on cheers that helps heapsnnRound 3: I believe the fridge was mistaken for the deep fryer today.
