I’ve recently separated and after searching for a good lawyer for assistance, the only one that truly helped and cared was Craig Scott. It was a long process, with several bumps and walls, buy now everything has been take care of and my new life can start. Craig’s attention to detail and timely responses to my many lost questions were a godsend during a very difficult time. With care and professionalism, Craig provided the necessary assistance to finalizing my property settlement. As a final statement, I just want to really thank him and his team, for helping during this tough time in my life.

My first review - that’s how strongly I want to warn others! 0/5 is more appropriate.nWhen I questioned CMS Legal about his poor Google reviews he blamed all the Reviewers! He took no responsibility at all.nMy opinion: CMS Legal is only in it for the money / profits - please don’t be sucked in by them pretending to care - they don’t! - they dropped me like a hot potato when they thought I wasn’t going to be good for the money!!nThey over charge too, so be very vigilant with your account. I had to question nearly every bill.nCMS Legal also make mistakes, lots of them, but the client pays. Pays to have them fixed!! eg. proofreading, editing and paying for four drafts of a simple cut and paste document.nVery unprofessional and disorganised. I lost count the number of times different solicitors had to step in and take over and I was charged for getting them up to speed with my case!!nCost me $26,000 and honestly nothing progressed, nothing was achieved.nI changed firms and was astounded with their service, genuine concern, their professionalism and my outstanding, final outcome.nPlease just don’t go near CMS Legal!

Craig helped me with my divorce. His advice, professionalism and straight forward approach were impeccable. Any time I asked for assistance, he responded immediately and with excellent follow up. There is no telling the amount of money that Craig saved me through this process and I can't thank him enough for helping me through a very difficult time.

Craig helped make my property settlement as painless and efficient as possible under difficult and complex circumstances. He has a clarity around complex issues and his ability to explain issues in simple English is a true gift. It would have been extremely difficult to do it on my own and after a short time I realized all I needed to do was supply information as requested and I could stop worrying about the outcome and leave it in Craig’s' good hands.
