I contracted Toby Heaford of David Heaford Settlements to settle my property in Yokine and I have to say, Toby did an excellent job. Despite the sale having some issues due to it occurring while the CORONAVID-19 lockdown was underway, Toby guided me through the entire process, which was somewhat more complex than usual. He kept me well informed and in the early stages, he even picked up on an error which Landgate had made in their digital title. Even though social distancing caused the buyer's bank to defer all settlements, Toby managed to find a slot with the bank and the deal was finalised! I was very grateful and having dealt with many, many conveyancers over the decades, I would place Toby and David Heaford Settlements very definitely at the front of the pack! Well done Toby, you have my gratitude.
