would never recommend this business to anybody. Such a poor experience and felt like just a number to there stats. Broker who was involved in my build had absolutely no clue. Never replied to my emails when needed and stuffed up my application for my first ever home build. i also work with many people who also had terrible experiences with this company with no one ever getting back to them and having to chase everything up. i was persuaded to use resolve as they are connected to home buyers WA but i don't want what happened to me to happen to anybody else. Pathetic and poor excuse of a business who need to think twice about the brokers they employ and how they treat their customers. Not to mention resolve conveyancing never gave me my deposit back in the 10 business days. Took multiple emails and still never got a reply just money in my account 3 months later... do your research because i no for a fact its not just me who has experienced such a poor experience.
Our experiences have been excellent. Sarah has been exceptional. She provided us with a very professional service and always responded to our emails and calls promptly. We were always kept up to date and felt in very capable hands. Sarah created a completely stress free experience for us.nWe would highly recommend Resolve Finance.
