Gordon is a polite man with great work ethics. He went above an beyond at our house's painting work. We experienced few tradesmen recently, but nobody could match his standards of professionalism and detailed work.
We have used RGM Painting Services for the exterior and interior of our house and both jobs were meticulously carried out. The guys are punctual, polite, and very helpful with colours and general ideas. Our house was left in excellent condition.
Would give zero stars if I could. I engaged them to paint the inside of the house (upstairs and downstairs), and paid nearly 40% upfront. They walked off the job after one week because I was critical of some of the work when they had partially completed the downstairs area. Was told by one person that he had worked on bigger and better homes than mine, and would not continue to work under such pressure and expectations. Obviously I do not agree - was only pointing out bits which a real professional would have easily rectified: eg did not want paint all over the door hinges and handles! Working hours 9:30 to 3:30 with lunch and smoke breaks in between! Wish I worked a 5 hour day! Have hired a proper professional outfit to finish the job.nSloppy and unprofessional; be warned!
