Walked into the store and was not greeted by the store manager or the other girl who I think is the full timer .nI was just stared at., not even a smile .nMade a enquire with the manager who said she will get back to me . She never did .nThis is the second time this has happened to me with the same person .nI went across to Prouds and made my purchase with smiling, warm welcoming faces .nSeriously girls if you can’t at least fake a smile , or open your mouth to greet customers get out of retail.nPeople like you make shopping unpleasant experiences .
I spoke to the supervisor at the time about something important and never received a reply back.
Great except no on site fixes even to put a battery in a watch or take links out
Friendly staff who take the time to provide you with options and plenty of time to make a decision. A good variety of products which the staff are informed about and can answer queries.
