Alpha Medical Centre Kwinana

This is my favourite place where I take my kids and myself, I have follow my doctor to here been with him over 8 years now. you can trust them and service are amazing. Highly recommend.

No complaints at all. Always treated well. Easy appointments, and courteous and thorough.

The reception staff are lovely but the dr was very rude and demanded I pay $60 for him to sign a paper that says I’m healthy to do a fitness test when this could have been bulk billed and was at another medical centre and when I told him I could not afford the $60 right now he said “well looks like you cannot do it then, you pay or you cannot go goodbye”.

Do not go here! my wife sent them a writted letter giving me permission to get her results as she will be away for more than 4 weeks! even after the receptionist advised that this would be fine they then refused to help us. The staff and doctors there are all cunts!!!

This is my first time going to this place to have myself checked up and the experience I had was stellar! The doctor was very informative about the things I should and shouldn't do and the nurse gave me a boost of confidence when I was feeling embarrassed and shy. Thank you Dr. Adesanya and Nurse Kiera for taking care of me.
