I dropped off my brand new watch to have the battery changed. It was a watch which I had only worn a handful of times. When dropping off my watch I specifically instructed Raymond not to damage my watch to which Raymond was dismissive. I collected my watch and when I inspected it at home I realised that Raymond had scratched the back of the watch. A short while later I raised the issue with Raymond to which his attitude was disgusting. He refused to accept responsibility for the damage, he did not offer any solution, he was rude, disrespectful and smug. He had the audacity to allege I had scratched the watch myself (why would I scratch the back of my own watch?)

Bought a new strap and they replaced it for me very quickly. Pricing was fairly cheap and good service too.
