Absolutely impressed by the customer service at this store. Staff are attentive, friendly, and welcoming. At Xmas I took my wife’s cuff in for a service after many years of wear and the results were amazing (see photo).nnFor Mother’s Day, I thought I would complement my wife’s ‘T’ collection with some earrings. Unfortunately they didn’t really achieve the result I was hoping so today returned them. Absolutely no issue at all. The team were as professional as always and immediately refunded the purchase. Very attentive team. The team was always attentive, wanting to help and offered refreshments.nnI wanted to buy something from the online catalogue but unfortunately they did not have the stock but they confirmed it was available online so I got it there.nnThey reminded me that Tiffany does free polishing and a 30 day exchange should there be a Change of mine. All in all, a very happy customer!
