Oxenford Village

Beautiful location with clean and picturesque park and seating area around walkways. A great variety of facilities and retailers making it a one stop shop. Very easy off the highway to arrive along with the whole area being central to Surfers Paradise and Brisbane.

Great little shopping village, lots of shops and an Australia post. Fish n chips here are great and even have nz treats and ice cream. Some nice jewellery in the florist too.

It's a pity that coming into the centre, you are greeted with these poor dying plants, Bird's of Paradise. Give them some water and put in a watering system so that they can at least flourish at make the centre look great.

The shops there have that nice old school appearance from the 80's which is a asset from a Golden Era but the drive way needs a major restoration and a leveling out not just filling in of the potholes.

Great place to get a variety of dine-in or some basic takeaway food. It has a petrol station and the Woolies there is well laid out with a (new-ish) florist who has a big and healthy looking variety of flowers.
