Rockhampton Yellow Cabs

I called and booked a taxi after dropping my car in for a service and after standing there for half an hour ( no seats there) I rang them to ask how long it would be, as I have a heart problem and can't stand for too long. You can imagine my surprise to be told that they had no record of my booking. How professional is that ?.......Have never seen incompetence like that before

So happy I don't have to book a cab often because that was an absolute joke...

Was told after 20 minutes of waiting that I would be waiting for your another 45 minutes would have been great to know before hand.

Worst taxi service ever. Have given them multiple chamces and always fail to deliver

Absolute shockers, have registered my details a dozen to times to try and speed up the booking process, they can never find them, thats when they answer at all, web site never works, have to prepay as the drivers kept trying to over charge our kids on the school run, when Uber allows booking in advance, good bye forever.
