Suncoast Cabs Ltd.

Although I cannot say anything bad about our trip to our destination I can surely say a lot about the process trying to get a cab back home. We were a group of 11 that used their maxi taxi getting to our restaurant in Maleny and all went fantastic but .... - I am still trying (9 hours after my first going home call) to get another maxi taxi driving us back home. I phoned them 21:00 to arrange a maxi taxi as per instructions of our driver there to arrange for pick up @ 22:00 in Maleny. First I was advised to phone Maleny taxis - I did and they said to phone Suncoast as they were to full capacity - I phoned Suncoast back and kept getting this no care attitude guy saying that I must pay the money into their bank account and the chances of us getting their taxi without monies reflecting in their bank account is zero. Tried to do transfer - various reasons why I didn’t succeed. I must have phoned them at least 6 desperate times and every time this guy gave same line - no money no pick up! Meanwhile my party inside the restaurant is wondering what’s going on. Am still waiting for the reason from this arrogant no care attitude guy why we could not pay via credit card as we did with the taxi that dropped us off. We eventually had to phone friends and the Maleny Terrace restaurant helped out as well and we found our way back home. Very bad service and attitude - no mateship experienced and felt at all last night from 21:00 last night from a big local taxi service. This is what happens when one company have the monopoly 🤨. Will go out my way next time not to use them

Awesome driver could not do enough to get us to our daughters wedding

Hopeless..do not care about you...very sad....women need quick pick up. They should advise 1 hour wait. I waited for 45 minutes..phoned them 3 times. Girl was rude..and said good bye whilst I complained and hung up.

We prebooked a taxi for 10 people at 5:45 so we could get to a 6pm dinner reservation. After 6pm came and went we called to ask for an eta on our cab. Were told it would be about 15 minutes and then before we could say anything were hung up on. So 20 minutes later we called back and were told someone else had called to book a maxi taxi so they were being dropped off and then the taxi could come get us. At least another 20 minutes. Cancelled and decided to drive instead because being picked up after 7pm for a 6pm dinner reservation doesn't really work so well. If you want to be on time, don't pre book with Suncoast cabs.

Waited over an hour. Luck the security guard was able to give us a lift. Phoned three times and they kept on saying the same thing. It’s on the way.
