After seeing the low ratings of this company I was hesitant to use them however they far surpassed my expectations. The driver was on time, helped me load my bags into the boot and very friendly. The cab had a good air conditioner temperature and radio was on a good volume. I can't fault this service at all, very happy. Cab #T57030

So as i read the reviews. I did a bit of digging for the last 2 hours using my private investigator experience from my old job and 90% of the 1 star reviews are ride share drivers and most likely have written fake reviews. I personally have always used this company for 10+ years and in the last 12 months i have been a silver service driver. I can't honestly say i believe these 1 star reviews. I have always found 13 cabs drivers in Logan city to be polite and professional. At the end of the day. we are not being taken over by ride share. 13 cabs has been around since 1924. i don't think a silly ride share company with Nissan micras are going to take us out. Competition is healthy. ride share took off but 13 cabs are moving too. I personally love working as a driver and I have a loyal following who regularly use 13 cabs. The cars undergo regular safety checks and are services every few weeks. All of the drivers have to undergo training on a wide range of topics. There is a reason Queensland health use us and not ride share.

Fastest maxi taxi arrivals I've ever seen on a Friday afternoon in Brisbane. Had 3 arrive within 5 minutes of ordering while we had been waiting 40 minutes for black and white.
