There is no doubt Ross and his team will work hard to deliver you the best result, which I thank Ross and his team for.nYou will find when it comes to the little things such as disclosure, you will be guided towards monthly correspondence. Take my advice and make sure you do disclosure at the farthest possible gaps or you'll pay an arm and a leg. Keep up the the good work Ross, but keep the concordance to whats required and guide that way.

Went here and listened to an extensive self prophecy by the principal on why he is the best in the game (per below he is not, but he is a good guy on a personal level). The staff never use the phone, the principal seldom returned voice telephone messages, they write extensive emails charging hundreds of dollars and creating no progress, and teh overall experience is devoid of humanity. Spent over nine months of money and got a heap of emails and little or no progress because guess what, success is built around COMMUNICATION. Last straw got massive unbudgeted expenses one month and said I would pay including making a progress payment, and got a letter saying pay up or we are ditching you. Lesson, Hirst and Co. is not about you, it is about them, and their bank balance. No doubt you should use this firm for its great reputation, but don't expect much left over in terms of cash or emotional fulfilment.
