These guys have got it sorted. Justin comes out to review the job and prepare the quote. Brilliant customer service, I thinking what a great start to our working relationship. I follow up various queries and Jonathon was into it, including scheduling my job quickly. Mid stream into the work and Ben is our builder, Ben and his team were great at what they do, they kept the comms coming. Due to a change in circumstances I reached out to these to help me on a number of other things, out to my site was Justin again and Matt one of the owners. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Professional problem solvers I call them, they can do it all for you, no fuss, fair pricing and brilliant outcome. I couldn’t be happier with the service, customer orientated from the start. Oh and the ladies in the office, Beth and Ann, just lovely, professional and very helpful with communications. In summary Matt and Jonathon own this business and they employ only people like them, great at service, communications and getting what you want done, I wish there were more companies like this one. Every touch point in the team, all delivered the same high level of customer service. I look forward to working with the team again very soon on my next project.

Posted a small fencing project on Hi Pages and nobody responded at all after one week. Called RBP and then arrived to quote the work within 3 days. Job was all finished within 2 weeks. Left the site all neat and tidy and job was finished on time with good communication. Won’t waste time again with Hi Pages. Will call RBP and get the job done properly straight away.
