When the appointment was made to first come to our property Dylan was right on time. He provided us with options to our lighting issues, estimated time to undertake the job, and cost. When he came to do the job, again he was right on time. The job was completed in the time frame he gave, and we felt that the costs were very reasonable. He cleaned up afterwards, and was extremely professional throughout the time he was at our home. We would recommend Dylan, and AVA Electrical without hesitation.

Used these guys for a tricky intermittent RCD tripping fault in the lead up to Xmas. I do not recommend Dylan for any Electrical jobs. We hired him for aircon installation during Christmas time when our regular electrician was not available. He overcharged us, took more time to complete a job. Didn’t inform that I will pay for two tradesperson. Totally sloppy with using the tools or knowing the basics an electrician would know. A one day job was completed in two days with help of other electrician.
