As rental property managers I would definitely not recommend. We were first time property investors so relied on them to be as good as their adverts stated - not the case for us.nOne year in, I found out the tenants were meant to be paying for water usage. Coronis never advised us of this until I enquired and the poor tenants were hit with 4 bills at once. In the 2 years with them they were often unresponsive to emails and phone calls - I would need to ‘chase them up’ most times. They were inconsistent with property inspections and upon conversations with our tenants they were unhelpful and unresponsive to their needs as well.nWe are incredibly impressed with our new property manager - she’s definitely a ‘keeper’.

Coronis have managed by investment property since I first listed it. They managed securing a replacement tenant within 4 days of previous tenants notice being given. The transition between tenants was seamless.
Have had Coronis look after my investment property for many years now. Have always offered sound professional advice and excellent responsive service. Highly recommended if looking for a property manager in the area.
