Thanks Brett for sorting out our locks when we finished our building lease. This is the second time Brett has repaired our locks and on both occasions I found he provided good old fashioned great service and his communication skills were excellent. Keeping me informed when he was running a bit late. He even offered to drop off the new keys to the Real estate agent for me. Would have no hesitation in using Brett again or recommending Universal Locks to sort out your next lock problem.

Brett came out to help me on Christmas Eve at 9pm. He was incredibly polite and friendly and even took the time to fix my door knob as it was installed upside down. I was very lucky to have a wonderful and kind person like Brett to help me in a scary situation!
