Great product range, competitive prices and really great customer service. I’ve been to this store a few times and always found the staff to be great; it’s really good to meet staff with a personality, as well as knowing what they’re talking about.
Always excellent customer service. I don't go in very often but they always remember me. excellent prices and if they don't have what your after they will give you a genuine recommendation of where is good to get it.
I needed to remove some bolts with atypical heads. The staff member who served me was very helpful and friendly. Got the tool I need.
