Jaric Air Conditioning and Electrical Redlands

The after sales service for Mitsubishi heavy industries air conditioners supplied by this Jaric was substandard to say the least.nThey seemed rude and disinterested in supplying services on behalf of MHI, like they were doing paying customers a favour by turning up.nFirst contact was end of November and I Waited 2 weeks for an appointment which I thought was for repair only to find out on the day it was just for diagnostic not repair with a fee of $150 which was not disclosed prior to Jaric attending, I was then told the fault was caused by ants in the system and not covered by warranty and I would receive a quote for repair in 24 hours, I had to contact MHI to follow up as I never received the promise quote for repair from Jaric, Mitsubishi did very generously supply the part free of charge but I had to contact Jaric again to follow up on the cost to fit it as they failed to email it. only then did I receive a verbal quote over the phone for $250 for labournI then waited another 2 weeks which they claim was caused by MHI sending the part and Jaric do not book the repair appointment until the part arrives, after 5 weeks from me contacting MHI with very little notice Jaric rang to attend 2 days before Christmas.nJaric demanded payment of their fee on arrival and refused to issue a proper receipt instead sending an invoice with $0 owning which is not proof of purchase or a tax receipt for warranty.nI wanted to keep the removed part which when I inspected did not have any visible signs of infestation or ant damage that had be stated to void the warranty.nJaric after refused to allow me to keep the item and a new employee arrived and the Jaric employees then trespassed by reentering my property after being asked to leave and started to remove the new part that I had paid to be fitted as an ultimatum to letting them take the old part that belonged to me as it was part of the original purchase of the air conditioner.nAs a widowed mother with young special needs children in the house I felt threatened through out this situation and asked them to leave several time which they refused.nThis experience will impact my decision to buy Mitsubishi heavy industries air conditioners in the future as this is not what I would expect from a company acting on behalf of MHI.nI have been assured by MHI that I would not have to use Jaric in the future for which I am thankful

4 Days ago had posted a review only giving Jaric1 star but since the posting the issue had been resolved with Jaric electrical and have found the company to be responsive to the issues that had arisen through miscommunication by their staff. I would be happy to use Jaric again if any further electrical work was required at my homennPLEASE DISREGARD REVIEW BELOW AS ISSUUES HAVE BEEN RESOLVED REFER ABOVEnnRecently had organised external electrical to be done was initially advised they would attend between 2 and 4 pm was called to say they were running late and when I called latter to find out where they were was told on the way crew arrived at 530 pm to do external light installation First job was completed in the dark with one crew using his phone light so other tradie could join electrical wires together as there were 3 other external jobs to be done and not being happy as no lights in house and not wanting external work done by phone light told crew not to carry on Asked could it be finished following day crew said they could be back at 8 next morning only for me to have to make phone call to find out where they were office informed me that crew shouldn’t have made promise as they had to attend another job was offered someone to attend n the arvo even though explained no one home then and I I had made arrangements with crew the night before Office informed me that it was my fault for canceling job onsite as the crew would have done all external work that night for me even though it meant family sitting in dark till completed and I presume the work being done by phone light Have gone with another local tradesman and very happynPLEASE NOTE HAVE PREVIOUSLY HAD 2 AIRCONS INSTALLED BY JARIC AND SERVICE FROM THIS SIDE OF THE COMPANY EXTREMELY PROFFESSIONAL shame the electrical side lets the firm down

I was seeking an air conditioner unit for a small bedroom and came across Jaric just through a Google search. From the initial phone conversation right through to the technician arriving on-time (to Cleveland) - Jaric were excellent. Although the install was challenging due to the bedroom's location and the piping having to go through the ceiling and a confined space, the install couldn't be more neat and tidy. Overall, I'm very impressed with their work and professionalism. Will use them for my next install.
