It's ok if all you want is to be entertained and watch live stream preaching which I don't like, prefer a local pastor who actually gets to preach every Sunday, one feels more connected that way. Also, ask how they make disciples, you may be surprised at the answer as most churches do anything but, including Hillsong, that's been my experience. How easy is it to make friends? Follow the money trail, if you can, as program focused churches place priority on the money not the people, generally speaking. I think this movement has passed its sell by date and lacks relevance to the current needs of society, although they try really hard to entertain, do people really want this style, I think their leadership will be surprised if the members actually give honest feedback... Hard to do as religious people love to be religious and try to say the right thing, yet they can be so far from reality...

The big screen streaming service, I don't know. Doesn't work for me. I prefer a person. I can't hear the pastor like that. Sounds blablablabla. In Surfers Paradise there was a lady speaker she was funny and I really connected to her sermon. They closed there, oh well. I have been driving past the apparent Nerang site for weeks but now found another church in Mudgeeraba I love 😘
