Pizza Hut Warner

Pizza and wings was cold and the bottle of coke was hot. Notice the coke was hot when the driver handed to me, I mentioned it to him, he replied with the is all we had.nTry to call Pizza hut customer care (as you can't ring direct), was on hold for 1hr 8min 13sec when I was hang up on.nDon't think I will be ordering from them any time soon.

Management is very rude and unprofessional. Staff are trained to be very stingie with toppings. Pizzas never look as advertised. Managers will pretend that its just a one off mistake. When they train staff to make pizzas this waynIv made many complaints and pizzas are still the same. Rude stuff will get you to return rubbish made pizzas only to get replaced with more pizzas with very minimal toppings. Avoid this store! One star is to good for this store

Ordered 3 pizzas all came with excessive oil on top.nLarge fries? Nah you can have half fries half potato gems which turned out to be cold anyway.nCalled to complain and got asked to send pictures through to be told no thats just natural, what a joke.nWont ever order from warner Pizza hut EVER again.

Untidy. There was a chair left haphazardly by the door that someone tripped on. There were no other customers in store, why was the store untidy? Health and safety Injury claim waiting to happen. Didnt offer a refund for food that fell on their floor, that never even left their store and they caused. Basic human principles lacking from owners, they offered a $2 discount lol ridiculous.
