Great place just a bit run down in need of re-furb

Book-in was easy, I did not actually interact with anyone, other than reviewing a text telling me my room and code for entry. There is need of repair, kitchen cupboard handle and clip securing blind cord to the wall both fell from their fixing, and some ants in the room. It is not the venues fault but some people tried getting in the back sliding door in the night and successfully unlock the latch on the door. Security and staff did attend. I ended up using the handle to the dust pan and brush to prevent to slider from being opened to give me peace of mind to sleep. Otherwise, has microwave, kettle toaster, fridge and washing machine in the rooms. Free WI FI.

Great place to stay! Comfortable accommodation, reasonable price ... pub and restaurant right next door and a playground and park on other side.

Top food and staff

Budget accommodation - simple but adequate facilities. Cleanliness, comfortable bed plus quiet aircon is for me the most important thing. Bar plus a great feed at the restaurant. Slept really well for a couple of nights - have stayed there a few times and the last was the best!
