Overall happy with the service. The flowers I ordered were beautiful and delivered promptly. I would have given 5 stars however I didn’t appreciate I couldn’t receive a refund for a mistake I made when ordering online. I was in contact with the owner within a few minutes of my order and was told “no refund for change of mind”. It was such an insensitive response given it was a mistake and the fact I was in contact within owner right after the order was made.
