Flowers on Q is a truly unique florist. Karen and her team ensure they listen to customer's requests and tailor the arrangements to customer specifications. Not only that, they go the extra mile. I was in hospital recently and a friend ordered flowers for me as I was unable to have visitors . Karen went to so much trouble to ensure they arrived just as i arrived in my room from recovery. What a wonderful surprise! Moreover, the flowers really lasted ... over a week, which is rare these days. Karen also stocks a range of great gifts, and has arranged interstate delivery for us. Again a stunning arrangement. Flowers on Q is absolutely my 'go to' florist! 🥰

I don't usually post things like this but I just had to comment on the amazing service I received from Flowers on Q. The staff were so helpful and understanding. I had a friend in hospital about to have an operation and I wanted some flowers to be waiting when she came out of theatre because due to Covid she couldn't have visitors. The staff quickly pulled together a floral arrangement and the flowers arrived moments after my friend was taken back to her room. My friend was delighted and the floral arrangement was stunning. Thank you Flowers on Q.

I had an amazing experience while buying flowers here, the staff were so professional and had a wonderful knowledge of different flowers they exceeded my expectations of what I required. a special shout out to Tiah who's service was second to none and had made the loveliest arrangement for me. I would highly recommend this beautiful florist to anyone looking for flowers for ANY occasion

Disgraceful! The corsage for my son's partner was most disappointing and not even close to the examples shown to me and agreed upon. It was obvious that very little effort went into creating the corsage and the final product was flimsy, looked cheap and just down right embarrassing. It looked liked off cutts were put together, even the wrist band was not what we requested. This was by far the most disappointing service I've ever had.Its a zero from me. Response to the owner; It was late in the afternoon and we were limited for time hence i could not speak up. Also the individual who served me appeared completely disinterested and I doubt that me voicing my disappointment would have made a difference. Each customer has the reasonable expectation and right to receive a product/service as agreed to with the service provider and at the very least their monies worth.Sadly this was not the case in this instance.
