我不推荐这里的太平绅士服务，很没有人性化，他们表现得好像我是去求他们的一样，并且很难沟通。 Do not recommend the JP service there. I wanted to share my experience here. I was experiencing a hard time several months ago after I delivered my first baby and realized that I had to look after her all by myself without no help with my parents due to the COVID. So I went to the JP service there for some paper works to be stamped for passport application. I understood that an old male JP refused to do it because he did not know my daughter for more than one year (although the paper said this doe not apply to the applicator who is less than one year old month), because he tried to do it cautiously, but then he said I jumped the queue which I just realized because at the time I entered the library I saw him waving at me but he refused to admit it. I failed to tell him that I was not jumping the line on purpose and I was just a little depressed after delivering the baby for just two months and maybe I misunderstood his gesture but I was not some impolite woman who intentionally wanna break the rules there! To my surprise, the female JP sitting next to him was shaking her head like she got exactly what was happening. Next time I suggest you guys ask for the number before you start to talking to the people instead of realizing someone jump the queue carelessly and make them feel upset by laughing at them!

Good place to go to. You can book a quiet room to study and the childrens area looks well laid out.

It's a beautiful library with friendly staff and a variety of books and seats as well as tables to put your books on. It's a very conducive environment to study well.

I found the young lady doing Covid check instagram to be quite rude and disrespectful towards people attending the library which was a shame, other than that it's a great place.
