A very nice Hotel conveniently located next to Surfer's Paradise Beach

The worst hotel I have ever seen and the smell of the bleach almost fainted from it The staff were really rude and didn't help at all never recommend this place it should be shut down blood stains on the curtains mild and rust throughout the bathroom vomit Stan's on the floor

This is a black-hearted company. The management staff did not abide by the statutes of rta. The service attitude was bad. Every time I said that I had to repair the room, but there was n’t a repair.
