I’m here almost everyday as I work in the Centre. My negatives about the venue as a whole would simply be the inability to expand without going higher and the lack of undercover parking for staff. Doing the rainy season or even the hot summer days, walking across the busy streets to Get into the Center or even just coming from the outside parks, there is no way to fight the heat or rain. Otherwise the decorations change year round and sometimes shops are changing. The company organised many events in the food entertainment area outside the middle of the square next to the playground but you have to just go online to see what’s happening and when.

Hi Sarah. Here’s a more in depth review of my thoughts about Westfield Helensvale. This mall is large enough to house all the regular store yet small enough to get from one end to another without feeling overwhelmed. All the regular stores are here. Woolies, Coles, Aldi, Target and Kmart. The usual clothes stores, chemists, banks, food market with fresh fruit and veg as well as products from around the world such as cheeses and meats. Toilets placed in the right places and very clean. Huge food court with all the regular chains and some local fare. Two petrol stations which are very competitively priced and ample car parking. What’s not to like about Westfield Helensvale?? Keep up the good work. 👍
