Worst subway experience.nHad to repeatedly ask the counter person to stop mumbling because I can't hear well, ignored me. Quite embarassing, please train your staff on different abilities. The store is also very loud which doesn't help.nThe footlongs were also so shoddily made, collapsed as soon as we started to eat them. Meat not spread evenly at all. Really disappointing.

Tonight we ordered 1x footlong and 2x gluten free wraps through the app.nWhen we arrived home one of the wraps had the incorrect filling. We had been given tuna instead of turkey, because apparently they had run out of turkey and just decided to substitute it without first consulting us.nMy partner then had to go back into the store to get the wrap remade, as by that point we weren't even sure if the wrap was actually gluten free as requested.nThe two young girls that were working didn't even seem to care that they had made a mistake.nTotally unacceptable and it was just lucky that my partner didn't have a seafood allergy!nnVery unhappy with the service we received tonight, and we will take our business to the Waikiki store in the future as they are always consistent.
