Absolutely appalling service. Ordered from Uber Eats for pick up. Walked in to a line up & thought great the food must be fantastic. Advised lady behind the counter I had a pick up order, she told me she couldn't understand me so I tried other ways to communicate with her as well as showing her my proof of purchase receipt and she told me so doesn't understand me nor read and completely ignored me and served others (not once asking her colleagues for assistance if that were true). I eventually got my order with the help of the male cook (mind you I'd been waiting for over 15 minutes by now) when she saw I wasn't leaving. I could maybe forgive the rudeness for a misunderstanding/miscommunication if the food was good but it wasn't. So disappointed and never again.

The owner lady is so rude. She yelled at me because I want to use EFTPOS. Don't go here! Not worth your money for bad hospitality
