Just picked up my brand new 2021 LDV luxe T60 so happy with my options with snorkel and dark tint and the tucked away tow bar Justin is awesome so glad you contacted me all looks so tidy in blanc white. Never bought a new car before, so the nerves were there, I visited a few car yards in my search. I wanted a 4wd Ute because I own horses and lugging around horse feed and tack wasn't great for my normal car, and live in the hills with no bitumen roads, so I needed something suitable... I began my quest making lots of calls and visiting car yards, and happy to say Jason was extremely helpful, he went above and beyond and answered my many questions, and was always friendly and professional, willing to help. I bit the bullet and ordered a white ldv t60 and received it within 3 weeks. And I even got chocolates woohoo... They covered my Ute with a satin sheet, so the unveiling was special, and it looked huge as you can see with my model in the picture... Very happy with the purchase... Disgraceful uncaring effort by this mob. Near new LDV was towed from 100 k's away on instructions from LDV roadside care. When contacted I was told that would not even look at the vehicle for at least two and a half weeks. I was stranded 700 km from home and they would not even spend one second to look at as 'too busy' and 'had 7 LDV's towed in in last week'. Disgraceful lack of any concern and not a good ad for LDV vehicles. Finally got vehicle retowed to LDV South Adelaide who provided great service and had the problem fixed in five minutes. A blown pipe from turbo. I have never seen such a poor customer service response from any business.
