Sometimes no cutlery comes with take away, eg spoon for iceceam or straws for drinks, or serviette.

Food is usually good and neatly prepared.

I stood waiting and there were two people at the serving counter. Not one of them gave eye contact or acknowledgment I was waiting for service. 5 minutes I stood there. Sure, they were making coffees, but, not even a 'I'll be with you shortly' statement. This was Thursday morning on 22nd of April 2021at 08.15am.

Went through at night. Wasn't sure it was even open. No open sign, can't really see the front door from road. Main sign had no lights. Cars in drive through are behind the building so can't see them either. Nearly turned back out. Slow order not a big deal but the chips were dried out and price seems to be getting out of hand. $1 for a slice of processed cheese??

Zero organisation. Ordered big meal for our big family, then waited as after meal was provided the drinks weren't.nWent inside and waited. No-one stopped to ask what I needed, Uber orders taking priority over physical attendance. Poor.nWhen I did get attention, the response was non-apologetic. Would not return to this service again.
