Wonthaggi Veterinary Clinic - Gippsland Vet Group

Looking after our 2 little "grand puppies" we needed to take them to a Vet. Called Wonthaggi Veterinary Clinic and received fantastic service from the most helpful friendly administrative ladies. Renee could not do enough to help us out, as did the lovely Vets who looked after both of them. Would highly recommend this wonderful clinic.Many thanks to all the ladies who looked after us and our "grand" puppies.

Local of the Wonthaggi area for nearly 30 years. I’ve been told many anecdotes of bad experiences. The vets and vet nurses I cannot fault at the Wonthaggi clinic. However, management has little care for animal welfare and animal rights. Overpriced for sure as many people have commented. Customer satisfaction from management level is not a priority whatsoever. My pet was given the wrong treatment and they refused accountability even after admitting to unintentionally causing the life threatening condition. Resulting in thousands of dollars from my pocket to prevent my pets death. Go to Hugh at A’beckett street, Inverloch.

Excellent service and very friendly. Our doggie was well looked after even on an after hours visit.

Very impressed with the after hours on call service! After moving to the area I was worried about finding a prompt after hours service for emergencies. We cant thank Dr Scott and Nurse Ash enough for their quick response to our elderly dog Teddy who was in extreme distress from what we thought were choking symptoms/?bowel obstruction. They were also lovely, empathetic and informative during a most stressful time!

When our dog became suddenly very ill, they were fantastic, attending to him immediately on arrival, and caring for him in a competent and caring way, and having compassion for us. Thanks Lisa
