Definitely not the best looking Rd Rooster Store externally which does make you wonder how clean and tidy it must be on the inside? Service can be very slow at times even when you are the only customer actually in the store and all their focus appears to be on home delivery order makeup at the time. Or general chat between the staff back of counter making customers stand and wait at the counter. Instore purchased meals are always hot and the chicken is generally well cooked.

Ordered through menulog. Had a large chips missing. Straight away what was your order i told them. Then they asked their staff member if they put everything in. All i wanted was my large chips delivered. They said i had to go through menulog to get it sorted instead of just sending the food. Would not recommend them at all.

This place is disgusting & needs a major UPGRADE! Dirty tables, windows & rubbish everywhere! The young highschool staff have ZERO customer service skills & lack enthusiasm to be there. Food was average! Not coming back!!!!!!

I had food poisiong of your chicken strips exactly 6 hrs after i ate them obviously you use MSG on them as well. As i also had massive allergie attack.leading to a sugar low, i am Diabetic.so this was very serious.nWill never buy Red Rooster again.nDiane Reeves.
