Jetty Fish N Burgers

6 Feb 2021, I am writing this comment for your information owner of this store.nWe have had fish and chips from your store a number of times and have always enjoyed the quality. But this evenings grilled snapper and the battered snapper were not enjoyable at all. Both dishes tasted very bland and dry, the batter was actually tough around the outer edges.nI did not notice who was the cook tonight, but if it was you (Owner) then you had a very bad day, if it was a stand in or temp cook, they need to be trained up to the normal standard. My wife felt that her grilled fish was something that had been cooked earlier and re-heated.nWe will be back when again the urge for a good fish and chip meals hits us. If it is anywhere near the quality of tonight's meals, that will be the last time we will frequent your enterprise.nAt least the meal was not wasted, our dog has had a very big fish meal and has not complained.nnThank you for your reply, I understand your position and have not crossed you off our F&C supply. I appreciate your offer, and there is no need to replace the meals. The main thing is you have been made aware of the problem we had, and you have explained why. We will be back.

Amazing fish and chips, not greasy or heavy. A family favourite

Had a really good meal here , food was fresh and very tasty, the young man serving was a real asset to the business ( Sunday 13th June in the late afternoon) he was so professional and polite, I hope management see this and realise how good he is . Excellent food and great views of the sunset
