I attended the practice supporting my partner who is currently going through divorce with his ex wife... we are all amicable and they have appreciated the assistance I have provided them to complete their forms (I have previous knowledge going through my own divorce and previous legal advise). I explained the situation to Susan prior to the appointment and she appeared receptive. However on arrival Susan made me feel invisible, she was dismissive and shut down my questions which I asked to assist my partner and his ex wife... I understand her interest is in the client but my partner becomes overwhelmed by court proceedings and requests my support during this matter. At times she was sarcastic and held her hand up gesturing for me to stop talking, she was short and reluctanct to engage in any eye contact with me. Was a very uncomfortable experience for me and I am really disappointed in her service as I was so looking forward to receiving some support from her.
