Very bad customer service, went in on Saturday to organise a large bunch of flowers and a small bouquet but was all to hard for the lady serving me. Unhelpful and bad attitude. took my business elsewhere and am happy I did..nSorry Janine I'm one of the very few people who aren't on Facebook but I'm happy to communicate with you by email or phone?
Janine did flowers for my sisters funeral and they were the most beautiful pink roses I have ever seen. my sisters favourite colour. Thanks so much Janine a wonderful tribute to a amazing lady. x
Went into forum store to order a bouquet for a colleague. Was done in 15 mins and was a gorgeous display, was very pleased. Great friendly customer service and price. Will return.
