East Village Whitfords

Waitresses were efficient and helpful really good food tonight would recommend but kitchen needs to improve service as we ordered before a few tables and got our food last. Looks like chefs were arguing a bit. Prices were good and drinks were quick to come out and cocktails were tasty as ud83dudc4cud83cudffc

Polite staff, quick service, however very small patties in burger and less chips than the kids serving. Other meals ordered were very good. Expected more from an American type company, sure Americans would not be impressed with burger size.

East Village is a fabulous venue to dine and enjoy time spent with family and friends. After dining in today (13/06), that opinion doesn't change but the lack of work ethic from one floor staff was disappointing. He walks out in the middle of business because he is done. Leaving the lovely lady to run the entire floor by herself without assistance during a busy peek. She felt the need to apologise for something out of her control.nnI will happily return again as the food, drinks and the service by her was fabulous but this worker walking out on his own accord needs to be brought to attention.

We visited east village tonight on the 1st of May 2021 we were a table of 16 and honestly hands down best food and service. Service was quick and thank you to the young tall lady that served our table she made sure she explained the options and made sure the order was correct. Food prices were reasonable and worth it we will definitely be back soon. ud83dude42ud83dude42

Stopped here today and got the last table for 2 due to covid restrictions. Customer service was 10/10. Food was fresh and tasty (club sandwiches) and the chips were so tasty. Own brand beer hit the spot too.
