Grill'd Whitford City

Super accommodating. Staff were extremely friendly helpful and accommodating to my Complex dietary requirements. I was thoroughly impressed by the idea of an egg free gluten free fried chicken burger. It was pretty tasty. But the salad could be improved. Whole lettuce over shredded. And enough to make a munch and crunch is desirable and not so little it wilts from the heat. But tasty and great service with a smile.

Staff are nice, but we got a free burger from the app after purchasing 8 burgers in the past, went to redeem to be told the app can take 24 hours for the free voucher to come through so if we wanted it, would just have to pay and hope it is there next time for us to use next time. I understand this is not the fault of the staff at the Whitfords store but this is ridiculous. The standard prices are already way above what they should be and make me not want to eat here.

10/10 quality food and friendly service at Grill'd Whitfords ... I love the Wild Wild West burger and chips ... you guys have an awesome team that is truly passionate about customers ... I look forward to my next visit ud83dude0bud83cudf54ud83cudf5fud83dude01ud83dudc4c

Claudia served us at the counter and was friendly full of smiles and helpful! Matt brought our food and was equally cheerful! Our Brie Chicken sliders and Zucchini Chips hit the spot!

Wild West burgers are nice. But stay away from the gluten free bun. The worst I have ever seen or tasted. I’ve had it many times at different grilled but this was awful. Won’t be using them again
