Dough Pizza

The food (especially the pizzas) are phenomenal, however we have consistently received poor customer service (long wait times before taking our drink orders, long wait times between courses, rude junior wait staff). The lady at the front is great, please sort out the customer service so that we can feel confident coming back.

Consistency is key here. This place has consistently amazing food. It's the best pizza in Perth. It's fresh, the ingredients are incredible and it is truly delicious. Another thing it's consistent with is a bad dining-in experience. I have been many times (because the pizza is amazing and sadly, I now account for the below) but do not expect to get your food within 30 minutes. Yes, from the moment you order, expect to sit there for half an hour. This happens every time. Why? I assume that because it is so quiet and awkward for dine in, that to make the venue look busier for longer, they'll have you sit there waiting for longer. It's the only explanation I can think of. It's a systemic issue with getting food (and people) in and out the door quicker. I know they can make the food quickly - we have sat many times and watched them - it's just that they don't. It's also important they understand who their customers are. If they made the food and brought it out within 5-10 minutes, I have no doubt we'd spend more there too; if I could trust they'd be fast, I'd easily have the time to enjoy entree and/or dessert, and because then the entire experience would be friendly, attentive and engaging, I'd return more often too. So, look, go and enjoy the pizza - it truly is amazing, just be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait for it.

You have to give this joint a try. The pizza sauce is by far the best sauce Ive had and the bases are so fresh and tasty. You really have to eat in and enjoy the pizza straight out of the oven. I won't eat pizza anywhere else.

We waited for nearly an hour and all 5 of our meals came out at different times and they were cold and soggy. The drinks weren't cold and the restaurant was understaffed and under equipped to deal with the amount of people that were there. I would not recommend coming here.

Best garlic bread I've had in Perth. Also got spaghetti which was amazingly good. The owner was so friendly and nice. Kitchen is right in front of your eyes. So u can see how chef is making your order. Something I've rarely seen in any other cafes. Loved its atmosphere, staff, food, music and location. It's right next to event cinema.
