Red Basil Thai Cuisine

I don't often comment but do visit Red Basil and see if I am right- I can pretty much attest that you will not disappointed. I have been going there consistently for several months for, lunch and for dinner. For lunch, the meal specials are Spot on and offer quality great value circa $12 & dinner meals circa $18. Deserves 6 Stars out of 5 Stars based on quality of produce, flavour, consistency, price and staff. Keep it up & help lift the Perth foody experience !!

Delicious food! Love their fried pork belly and fish with sweet and sour sauce. Restaurant is quite small, but it didn't bother us as we booked the table beforehand, food came out pretty fast and service is good.

How disappointing. Although the food was good before we had even finished our meal we were asked to pay. No biggie! BUT 5 minutes later, & WE WERE STILL EATING we were told that the restaurant was closing. This was at 8.15pm - only received our main meal at 8pm. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Also there was no air conditioning on - and Thai curries can be a tad warm. Need to lift their game. Shame! It had been highly recommended but won’t be going there again.

A small restaurant. Comfortable chairs. Good service and the food was terrific. I had pad Thai. Noodles were just perfect. My friend had a beef dish and the meat was tender well cooked and was falling apart. Then we had mango and sticky rice pudding. Yummy hardly describes it. So far the best Thai restaurant l have been to. It zoomed to the top of my list.
