Place looks neat, but smaller since the rearrangement of the shop approx 3 weeks ago.. However one of the girls, the smaller lady was very rushy and messy with making the orders. No care was given to putting the cheese and salads neatly on the rolls. She wanted to pack up and go. After our order was made she banged the lids on the salads to start packing up. This was at 8:20pmnThe salads looked old. The tomato, lettuce and carrot were the worst looking. The lettuce was brown and tomato and carrot were dry. Not a nice visit. It use to be good, now I'm not sure about going back.

The young female staff member that served me and my children was very calm and polite to me and my girls. A fine example of great customer service.

Exceptional customer service from staff (young girl) professional & friendly in handling of situation & boss RAF..They went to huge lengths to resolve my very tiny, online order problem. Quite refreshing to sort a situation then and there and not wait for reply email... Great job!!!

Tonight I enjoyed a Beautiful fresh sandwich made by talented sandwich artist with great customer service
