Looked high and low at hybrid campers - carefully considered the Lifestyle R2 and R4, and Tvan products - had heaps of questions, and visited Mike at the store on numerous occasions. Mike and Anita were always there to help and were extremely patient with us over quite a long period. Always professional yet always friendly - a pleasure to deal with.

I collected a Tvan original on consignment with them yesterday and consider these reviews to be a pretty accurate reflection of them and what they do. Yes. It does feel a bit strange to have to make an appointment (to visit them) and two hours to do a handover seemed a looooong time when Mike first mentioned it. Only I was there close to three hours and he made sure that I knew the basics and how to set it all up. You are not pulling out of the place clueless and relying on a manual or CD on how to set things up. They know the product and they can show the product and I hope they keep doing it for a while to come.

The folks at Dirt Off Road know what it's all about. I found it most useful as they've used and experienced the product they sell and endorse. Extremely diligent in making sure we had all the information when we ordered our Lifestyle Reconn R2 and equally on hand over, nothing was missed. Highly recommended if you’re looking for great honest service, without the pressure to purchase.
