They won’t serve after 4 even if you reach at 4.01 pm. And the teller thinks I don’t know how to read the instructions. I could see and read it dear teller, I saw it closes at 4 but I also thought I can still be helped as I had to deal with a fraud payment that I didn’t make. She won’t even try to listen.Thank you so much for your help.

Horrible staff. Do not offer assistance with your problems, and simply direct you to do everything on your own. Find somewhere else for banking needs.

Most horrible branch I ever visited. I tried to open a business banking account online and it prompted me to visit a local branch. I went to this branch and the wait time was over one hour. Poor customer service and long queues. Why don’t you shut this branch if you can’t do a better customer experience? Horrific !!

One of the staffs named Roman was sooo warm hearted, kind and helpful. I had a problem with my credit card. He helped me with every possible way. He even called the customer service for me! Really appreciate that man!

Staff isn't helpful at all. Went in wanting to enquire about opening a savings account. The staff just told me to check the app and do it myself. They were just so dismissive and rude. Worst branch of commbank. Needs a staff replacement.
