Shibuku Japanese Restaurant

Keen for a delicious Japanese meal on a cold night, we ordered a beef and a chicken curry. What can I say, tasted like dirty bath water mixed with sloppy rice and uncooked vegetables. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog, and I didn’t, it ended up in the bin. Now I’m cold, hungry and $34 poorer. Beware!

Has been a go to place for me when I’m feeling like sushi. Staff are very friendly and the food is always to a high standard. We always come back for more :)

Bought katsu chicken curry, was average. Had a lot of potato, not much curry sauce so chicken was very dry. Definitely not worth the $17.

A tiny and casual place loved by the locals. Good Japanese fair at excellent prices. Think Osteria (casual cafe and BYO) style dining as oppose to a special night out. I wish this was in a beach shack on the beach. Locals love it as its cheap as chips.

Exquisite food - very non assuming, humble, small tucked away place...with fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced food...a must try
